Match Menu:

This menu choice opens up a Match child window where experimental S.E. data may be loaded and then "matched" over a user-defined region.  This matching is done in order to check for attainment of equilibrium during an S.E. run.  The last file in the loading sequence is chosen as the reference file and all other files are matched to the reference data set in three ways.  The first way compares the data directly without allowing for offsets in either the radial or signal axis.  The second way allows for a signal offset for each dataset, and the third way allows for offsets in both the radial and signal axes.  The results are presented in both a log file format, showing textually and graphically the RMS deviations over the time range of the loaded data sets, and in a graphical display of deviation plots.
