FTP site for Analytical Ultracentrifugation Software
The Analytical Ultracentrifugation Facility at the University of Connecticut hosts an web site that contains software for the manipulation and analysis of ultracentrifugation data. The programs on the site are:
- WinDCDT-analysis of velocity sedimentation data using either a time derivative method based on the work by Dr. Walter Stafford or a gravity sweep method developed by the NAUF and Dr. Stafford.
- WinNONLIN-analysis of equilibrium sedimentation data. The basic version,
V1.06
allows global analysis of up to 15 data sets. There are also versions that will accommodate
25 or
50 datasets.
In addition there is a version for analysis using the model of an isodesmic self-association,
WINNLINDF.
Documentation for WinNonlin is available on-line at
http://www.biotech.uconn.edu/auf/spin6/.
- WinMATCH- program for comparing up to 50 data sets to determine if equilibrium has been reached.
-
WinREEDIT- program for editing raw data files from xla or xli.
- NEW Aug.26,2009 :: HeteroAnalysis (Version 1.1.0.41)- beta version of a program for analyzing sedimentation equilibrium data. This program includes self- and hetero-association models, and self-association models which include incompetent species. The installation also includes a help file for the program. This version includes a minor bug fix in the routines used when restoring saved experiment files (EXZ files) which include blanks. This version fixes a bug in the simulation module that occcurs when you change the display option for the various equilibrium constants. This version also will now save and restore from EXZ files the values for vbars, density, and the fitting model currently active when saving the EXZ file. This version can also display the cross correlation coefficients for the fitted parameters, will indicate which data sets have been viewed in the editing window, and can graphically adjust a reference concentration by double clicking on a "Ref.Conc." textbox. In addition, the user now has the ability to graphically set the positions of the cell meniscus and base (in the "Edit" window), values which are used in the models including incompetent species.
